FACEit Live is dedicated to advancing the field of medical aesthetics through comprehensive education on ultrasound technology. Our mission is to empower practitioners with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver safer, more effective treatments.
With a focus on complication management, anatomical precision, and evidence-based practices, we aim to set new standards of excellence in aesthetic medicine.
In March 2020, during quarantine, Dr. Frieling launched what began as a small workshop from her home and quickly evolved into a global aesthetic symposium. This groundbreaking event, FACEit Virtual, brought together the world’s leading injectors, spanning 8 countries and attracting over 1,000 attendees. After 3 highly successful virtual events, FACEit made its debut in person with FACEit Live: The Sonoanatomy Experience.
FACEit Live offers injectors a truly unique learning opportunity with expert panels, live demonstrations, hands- on ultrasound training guided by industry leaders. Following the tremendous success of FACEit Live 2025, our THIRD annual conference, we are thrilled to announce our return this November.

Dr. Gretchen Frieling (“Dr. G), MD is a nationally recognized, Harvard-trained, triple board-certified Dermatopathologist. with over 15 years of experience in Medicine and Dermatopathology. She is the founder and owner of GFaceMD, Face Academy, The Soyier Skin Collection, and FACEit Virtual/Live, a global aesthetic symposium spanning over 8 countries. She is a global educator and trainer for many pharmaceutical companies, including GAIN and Benev. She is at the forefront of ultrasound use in aesthetics and speaks nationally on basic and advanced techniques.
Dr. Frieling has an extensive academic background, including numerous publications in peer-reviewed medical journals. a selected editor of medical journals, an author of noteworthy medical textbook chapters. an educator at the Harvard Medical School, and a speaker at many national medical conferences, where she educates and propels the aesthetic industry.
